By downloading, installing, or using Let's Gather! (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Let's Gather LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number and account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

You retain ownership of content you post (status updates, selfies, messages, event details). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to your friends within the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not monitor all content but may remove material that violates these terms.

The App may send push notifications for nudges, friend requests, messages, event invites, and friend status updates. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of availability statuses posted by users, nor for any plans made or missed as a result of using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's Gather LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon deletion, your profile data, availability history, and social connections will be permanently removed.
If you encounter abusive behavior, you can report or block users within the App. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.
The App, its design, logos, and features are the property of Let's Gather LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
